Biography
Phyllis Sickles brings many artistic experiences to working with gourds including 32 years teaching art in New Jersey. While living back east at the seashore, she concentrated on watercolors, acrylics and woodcarving as her main outlets for her talent. After retiring eight years ago and moving to Arizona, Phyllis was struck by the beautiful gourds she saw in many shops around town.
