Joe Winter

Biography

Joe Winter is a Nevada artist who specializes in Raku fired ceramics. Originally from Washington and raised in Wisconsin, he received his BFA in ceramics from Northern Arizona University, and his MFA from East Carolina University.

Joe enjoys the fire and spontaneity of Raku and have developed a palette of beautiful glazes. The vases he makes are influences by classical forms.
